What We're Looking For
20 items per Drop-off.
All clothing must be in EXCELLENT condition. No holes, stains, discoloration, excessive piling, etc. We accept popular junior brands like Abercrombie, Bebe, Guess, Roxy, Wet Seal, Forever 21, Indah, Hollister, American eagle, Billabong, American Rag, Rampage, Old Navy, Victoria Secret, Volcom, etc. We also accept women’s brands like Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, INC, Nine West, Style & Co., etc. – But remember, we try and keep the styles current and trendy.
Please wash all items prior to drop-off. Items must be clean and free of dust and allergens. Assure clothing is folded so wrinkles don’t set in. Pack them neatly in a bag.

Our Process
Step 1: Call to set up an appointment with the MaliaKai team.
Step 2: Select 20 items for inspection. Be sure to launder all items prior to arrival.
Step 3: Bring in your bag and our team will go through your items to see what we feel will sell quickly. (Note: Please no trash bags).
Step 4: Our team will assign you an account number. This account number will be used for identification for all future drop-offs.
Step 5: A staff member will inventory your items and prepare them for resale. * Please note that all pricing is done by MKB and we reserve the right to make price reductions as we feel necessary. As your items sell, your account will be credited*

Fees & Payment
All accounts will be charged a consignment fee of $8 ANNUALLY. For existing accounts, this charge will be automatically debited. For new accounts, payment will be collected at your first drop-off. Accounts opened after August 1st in the calendar year will be charged a prorated amount of $5 for the current year.
Checks will be issued on the 10th of each month (once your accounts reach $100 or more). We will contact you when you have a check available for pick up. After 6 months, unclaimed checks will be forfeited. There will be a $30 charge for any lost checks that need to be reissued. Any amounts earned under $100; you can pick-up cash at the shop. You may “cash-out” once per month – when cashing out, you will be required to spend at least 25% of your account balance in the store. You can call the shop at any time during business hours to inquire about your account balance. There is no limit on the number of times you can utilize your balance for store credit.

Commission Scales
Clothes and footwear – You will earn 40% of the sale Specialty Items – You will earn 50% of the sale Specialty items – jewelry, purses, wallets, sunglasses, costumes, and accessories.
